What to put where
- Takedown or copyright: include the URL and why. We remove first, then talk.
- Privacy (access, export, deletion): tell us what you want done; see the limitation described in Privacy.
- Correction or source note: include the URL and the correction.
- Sending a joke: plain text is best. Say whether you wrote it or where you heard it, and whether you want credit.
- Security: if you find a vulnerability, write to us before publishing it.
How fast
We aim to reply within five working days. This is a small independent project, not a support desk, so a complex takedown check can take longer; we will tell you when that happens.
What we cannot do
- We cannot recover an anonymous identity for you: votes are keyed by a hash we cannot reverse.
- We do not accept payment for placement, and no one can pay to keep a joke up.
- We cannot give legal advice about your own rights.
Where we are
GlobeJoke has no public office address; email is the only channel. We read English and Chinese.
We do not add contacts to a mailing list and will not use your email for anything except answering you.
